Privacy Notice
Last updated: October 30, 2026.
The short version
This website has no sign-ups stored here and no checkout. Free accounts on /start are operated by our account provider (Supabase) — your email and account record live there, not in a website database. The contact form sends directly from the page to our inbox through our form processor (Web3Forms) — the message lives in our inbox, not in a website database. The GoChi-Trade waiting list is collected through our link hub (Beacons) under that provider's privacy terms until the product launches.
What we collect and why
- Email you send us — to answer you, qualify client-service or promoter inquiries, and follow up with your consent.
- Account email (/start, via Supabase) — to create and sign in to your free GoChiHQ account (the same account GoChi-Trade uses); you confirm the email before the first sign-in.
- Waiting-list emails (via Beacons) — to notify you about the GoChi-Trade launch and the Founding 500 offer. Unsubscribe any time by replying or via the provider's controls.
- Basic technical logs — our host may record standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and reliability.
What we never do
- We never ask for your password, banking details, or payment-card numbers on this site.
- Merchandise orders are processed by Fourthwall or Zazzle; travel and ticket bookings by those partners — their privacy policies govern the data you give them.
- We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
V1 sets no marketing or cross-site tracking cookies of its own. Outbound services you click through to (for example our stores on Fourthwall and Zazzle, or the Beacons hub) may set their own cookies under their policies.
Your choices
Ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold about you (for example an email thread or a waiting-list record) at hello@gochihq.com, and we will act subject to legal and operational limits. This notice will be reviewed by the owner (with privacy advice if needed) before public launch and whenever a feature starts collecting new data — for example if the AI concierge or direct waitlist capture is activated.
