A short call or email exchange about your business, your customers, and what "working" looks like for you. No pressure, no invented promises.
2 · Pick a tier
Launch Pack to start, Growth Retainer for a steady presence, Brand Partner for maximum volume and brand support.
3 · We produce
The same full studio that posts GoChiHQ content daily — research, scripting, realistic production, finishing, captions — pointed at your business.
4 · You review, we post
You see everything before it goes live. Posting follows the same daily discipline as our own channels.
What happens after you pay
- Stated before you pay, not after: every advance booking includes a 25% non-refundable advance-booking portion that reserves your production slot. The remaining 75% follows our refunds policy (refundable before work begins; unused portion after). Partner purchases (tickets, flights, hotels, store) are exempt — that money never touches GoChiHQ.
- Stripe emails your receipt automatically the moment a card payment succeeds — that email from Stripe is your official receipt (keep it for your records).
- Within one business day, GoChiHQ emails a confirmation and onboarding note from gochihq@gmail.com — what we've scheduled, what we need from you, and your start date. (In v1 a human sends this; automation is on the roadmap in the build notes.)
- Subscription tiers (Growth Retainer, Brand Partner) renew monthly through Stripe — manage or cancel your subscription from the link in any Stripe receipt email, or email us and we'll cancel it for you.
- Paid by Interac or PayPal instead? Email us the confirmation and we'll match it and send the same confirmation + onboarding note.

Payments & receipts
Every way to pay GoChiHQ
Card, Interac or PayPal — pick your lane. Anything bought from a partner (tickets, flights, hotels, store merch) is paid to that partner instead, under their terms.
💳 Card — via Stripe
The buttons above check out through Stripe when a tier's Payment Link is live. Stripe — not this website — takes your card details, and Stripe emails your receipt automatically after every successful payment, including each monthly renewal.
Support the channel instead — CA$10/week via Stripe →🇨🇦 Interac e-Transfer
Canadian clients can pay any tier by Interac e-Transfer to godsonchinz@gmail.com — put your business name and tier in the message field. It's a manual lane: your bank confirms the transfer, and we email our confirmation + onboarding note once it lands (within one business day).

Send the tier amount to nwakwuegodson@yahoo.com from inside your own PayPal account, then email us the confirmation — we'll match it and send the same confirmation + onboarding note. (An embedded PayPal checkout is on the roadmap; this manual lane is the real one today.)

Who is this for?
Local businesses — restaurants, shops, trades, clinics, studios, services — that know short-form video matters but don't have a studio. We're based in Kitchener, ON and work with clients remotely as well.
Do you guarantee views or sales?
No — and be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee professional production, daily discipline, and honest reporting on what the content does.
How do we start?
Buy a tier right here, or email gochihq@gmail.com with your business name and which tier you're considering (or "not sure yet"). A human replies and books your consultation.
What if I need to cancel?
Services bought from us are cancellable under the 25/75 rule: 25% of any booking is a non-refundable advance-booking portion (stated before you pay); the remaining 75% comes back in full if you cancel before work begins, or as its unused portion once work is underway. Monthly tiers can be cancelled any time to stop the next renewal. The full policy is on the Refunds & cancellations page.

The gold "Ask GoChi" button at the bottom-right of every page is our automated assistant: instant answers about services, prices, payments and refunds, straight from our published info. It identifies itself as automated, it never invents prices or inclusions — and anything it can't answer, it hands to a human by email.
