GoChi-Trade — paper trading, not financial advice
GoChi-Trade is an educational paper-trading platform: it uses simulated funds, involves no real-money trading, and nothing on this site is financial advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Reviews — our honesty doctrine
"We publish every genuine review — positive or negative, unedited. We never pay for reviews, never delete a review because it's critical, and never post reviews ourselves. The only removals are spam, abuse/hate, and reviews from people who never used the business."
Reviews are published on the reviews page after a spam/genuineness check. Star aggregates are computed only from published reviews — an empty wall shows no rating, by design.
Driveway Rentals — liability and the host agreement
GoChiHQ operates Driveway Rentals as a listing and introduction platform only — it is not a landlord, property manager, parking operator, insurer, or guarantor of any rental. Every host signs the Host Agreement, Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk (readable in full on the Driveway page), and renters sign the same waiver at booking. The agreement is a template (v1.0) that is subject to legal review before paid bookings launch, and the page says so. The split is host 75% / GoChiHQ 25% of the pre-tax rent; tax is charged on the full rent and remitted in full; cash and off-platform arrangements are prohibited and carry no agreement coverage.
Payments security — no card data ever touches GoChiHQ
All payments happen off this website, on hosted checkout pages. Card payments for GoChiHQ services and support are processed on Stripe-hosted Payment Link pages; merchandise is checked out on Fourthwall's or Zazzle's own checkouts; tickets, flights and hotels are paid to those partners on their sites. No form on this site collects card numbers, expiry dates, or CVC/CVV codes, and no GoChiHQ code stores, processes, or transmits card data — there is no Stripe Elements / embedded card field anywhere in this codebase. When you pay by Interac e-Transfer or PayPal, you do so inside your own bank or PayPal account. Every payment link published in our payment configuration uses https://. If any page claiming to be GoChiHQ ever asks you to type card details into the page itself, stop and email us — it is not us.
