Using this site

This site is the public home of GoChiHQ: media, the GoChi-Trade paper-trading arena's marketing pages, store and travel referrals, event advertising, driveway rentals, and client services. By using it you agree to these terms.

Client services — bookings, tax, and the 25% advance rule

Published service prices (Launch Pack $400 one-off · Growth Retainer $500/month · Brand Partner $900/month) are pre-tax. At checkout, tax is added on the full amount at the rate for your province (place of supply for services), and your receipt shows the breakdown.
25% non-refundable advance-booking portion: every advance booking paid to GoChiHQ includes a 25% portion that is non-refundable — it reserves your production slot and is stated on the Services page before you pay. The remaining 75% follows the refunds & cancellations policy: refundable in full (of that balance) before work begins, as its unused portion once work is underway; delivered work is not refundable; monthly tiers can be cancelled to stop the next renewal.
We guarantee professional production and honest reporting — never guaranteed views, sales, or rankings.

Partner purchases — exempt from the 25% rule

Event tickets (Ticketmaster, StubHub, Vivid Seats), flights and hotels (Aviasales, Skyscanner, Hotellook and the airline or hotel behind them) are bought from the partner, on the partner's site. That money never touches GoChiHQ, the 25% advance-booking rule does not apply to it, and the partner's pricing, availability, cancellation and refund terms govern. Event tickets are not refundable through GoChiHQ — see the refunds page for the steps to take with the seller.

Store purchases

Merchandise and digital art are sold and fulfilled by Fourthwall or Zazzle under their own policies for payment, shipping, returns and refunds. A click from this site is a referral, not a GoChiHQ sale.

Driveway Rentals

Driveway Rentals is Ontario-only at launch and runs under the Host Agreement, Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk that every host signs (and every renter signs at booking) — see /driveway and the legal hub. Rent splits 75% to the host / 25% to GoChiHQ of the pre-tax rent; tax is charged on the full rent and remitted in full. Cash and off-platform arrangements are prohibited and are not covered by the agreement.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site for anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing.
Don't submit reviews for a business you never used, reviews that are spam, or content that is abusive or hateful — those are the reviews we remove (see the honest-reviews doctrine).
Don't attempt to scrape, probe, or disrupt the site or its forms beyond ordinary browsing, and don't misrepresent yourself — including signing another person's name to the driveway agreement.
GoChiHQ videos, artwork, logos and copy are owned by GoChiHQ unless credited otherwise; don't reuse them commercially without written permission.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but content is provided "as is," prices and offers can change, and third-party services may be unavailable. The fuller limitation of liability is on the legal & disclaimers hub. Nothing here limits rights you have under Ontario or Canadian consumer law.
