GoChiHQ is an Ontario sole proprietorship based in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada — one business, one brand, one roof. Everything the business does lives under the GoChiHQ name; there are no sister brands and no separate storefront identities. The divisions:

• The media network — six series on YouTube (Unfiltered Law, Cases, Mystery, Builds, Health, and Lives), posting daily, with a record label imprint, GoChiHQ Records.
• GoChi-Trade — the paper-trading arena described in section 3.
• Client services — short-form content and business marketing campaigns produced for local businesses (section 5).
• The stores — original GoChiHQ artwork and merch on Fourthwall and Zazzle.
• Shows, tickets & travel — live-event discovery and ticket advertising, plus flight and hotel search, all completed with disclosed partners.
• Driveway Rentals — Canadian homeowners renting out unused parking spots, in its intake phase.

One free GoChiHQ account covers the house, and this website is its front door.

The pieces of this house normally live in separate worlds, and each world has a hole in it. Viewers follow a channel on one app and lose it on the next. People who want to learn trading are pushed straight at real money by platforms that profit when beginners take risks. Small businesses know short-form video matters but cannot hire an agency — and the platforms that sell them reach rarely publish their terms before taking payment. Creators who do sell services hide their refund rules in fine print.

GoChiHQ's answer is structural, not cosmetic: one house where the audience, the learning arena, the stores and the client studio reinforce each other — and where the terms (prices, splits, refund rules, commissions) are published on the site before anyone pays for anything. The bundle is the product; the transparency is the brand.

GoChi-Trade is GoChiHQ's educational paper-trading arena — a place to practise trading with simulated funds, and to build a public record of discipline before real money is ever on the table. It launches paper-only: there are no deposits, no real-money trades, and no withdrawals.

• Fills at live prices. Paper trades are priced from live markets — not fake demo numbers — so the discipline practised is the real discipline.
• A Risk Engine with guardrails. Position caps and daily-loss guardrails are built in; the arena teaches control first, where other apps let beginners blow up.
• Crypto + 10 sports in one arena. soccer, basketball, NFL football, baseball, hockey, tennis, MMA, cricket, esports, motorsport — paper picks alongside crypto, one account, one record.
• Verified public paper track records. Paper records are timestamped and public — proof of skill that can't be faked with a screenshot, and labelled simulated, always.
• Education-first AI. The built-in AI explains concepts and platform mechanics — and refuses to tell anyone what to buy or sell. That refusal is a feature, not a gap.
• Canada-first. Built in Canada, paper-only at launch, no real-money pressure and no hype; if anything changes, it changes in the open.

Paid tiers are billed externally through Stripe when paid billing is activated. There is no checkout until then — anyone asking you to pay for GoChi-Trade anywhere else is not us. • Client services. Launch Pack — $400 one-off. Growth Retainer — $500/month. Brand Partner — $900/month. The same tiers cover business marketing campaign videos. Booking terms, including the 25% advance-booking rule, are stated on the services page before purchase.
• Stores. Original GoChiHQ artwork and merch sold through Fourthwall and Zazzle, who are the merchants of record for those orders under their own terms.
• Affiliates, disclosed. Ticket, flight and hotel links may earn GoChiHQ a commission paid by the seller or partner — typical affiliate ranges are tickets 1–6%, flights ~1–3%, hotels ~4%, labelled as typical ranges until each partner agreement is active — at no extra cost to the buyer unless the partner states otherwise. Every placement is disclosed at the point of action.
• Driveway Rentals. When a rental is booked through GoChiHQ, the host receives 75% of the rent and GoChiHQ retains 25%; tax is charged on the full rent, on top, and remitted in full — never folded into the split.
• Ticket advertising. Promoters place shows in the scrolling ticker: a placement fee via Stripe, plus GoChiHQ's published direct promoter rate — 10% of ticket sales through our tracked link, agreed on click.
• GoChi-Trade tiers (section 4) once paid billing is activated.

• Not financial advice. GoChi-Trade is an educational paper-trading platform. Nothing on this site is financial advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
• The 25% rule, up front. Of every GoChiHQ advance booking, 25% is a non-refundable advance-booking portion, stated before purchase; the remaining 75% follows the published refund rules. Partner purchases (tickets, flights, hotels) are exempt — that money never touches GoChiHQ.
• Honest reviews. Every genuine review is published — positive or negative, unedited. Reviews are never paid for, critical reviews are never deleted, and we never post reviews ourselves.
• Labelled advertising. Ads in the ticker and banners are labelled AD, always; affiliate relationships are disclosed where the links appear, and original artwork is disclosed as created with AI tools.
• Privacy & terms. The privacy policy and terms of service are published in full, including what each form on this site collects and why.

• GoChi-Trade public launch — the paper arena opens publicly to the Founding 500 first, paper-only.
• The GoChiHQ app — an Android app: the GoChiHQ mother app, with GoChi-Trade accessed inside it. iOS follows when the demand is there.
• Money lanes, switched on one by one — service checkout links, partner program activations and the remaining affiliate slots each go live as their owner-side steps complete; the site's Reserve-mode buttons flip to live checkout automatically when they do.
• What does not change — the paper-only trading position, the published prices and splits, and the honesty rules in section 6. Any future change to them will be published here first.
